The ensemble "Solnyshko" (the Sun) won the Grand Prix of "St. Petersburg Christmas Assembly" on the eve of the New Year

Competition "St. Petersburg Christmas Assembly" is held annually in the form of open show-festival for performers in classical and popular music nominations.

This year the creative forum was attended by over 200 soloists and 40 ensembles from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Smolensk, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhnevartovsk and other regions of Russia, as well as representatives from the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Poland and Finland.

Children's choreographic studio "Sun" won the Grand Prix and three I degree diploma in the nomination "National Dance", “Stylized folk dance "and" Pop Dance ".

Members of the jury, chaired by Alexander Shustin, the Honored Artist of Russia and Professor of the St. Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, together with the audience were conquered by songs "Siberian fun", "On the edge of the forest," "Crystal chime", "Orthodox Russia", "Tundra" etc. Opening the competition, members of the group made ​​a hallmark of the team - production of "Our Russia", which delighted the audience.
